SHEAT College of Teaching in Varanasi

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a course, which can be pursued only after successfully completing graduation from a recognized university. The course enables the students to option for a promising career in the field of teaching. Students are imparted practical training (they are assigned the job of trainee teachers in different schools) at the same time, given theoretical knowledge in the field of teaching. For the course, candidates are selected on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination (under graduation) or performance in B Ed entrance test or both.

Teachers play a very important role in a student’s life. It’s a teacher who guides a student through his or her career. So it is very significant to be adequately equipped with resources that will create the teacher an ideal role model to the students. To achieve this B.ED, BPED. courses were introduced, which will teach a person about teaching and the different aspects associated with it.
